1. Data Collection: Depending on the needs of the services offered and to what extent the client agrees, the types of data can range from simple name and emails to sensitive financial information. All data collected is used solely to address the requirements of the paid services engaged with Outer Reefs Consulting. Any website or application data submitted is only to verify against existing data.  

2. Data Usage: We use your data solely for addressing the needs of services being rendered for you or your employer. This data is not used for any third party marketing or sales. 

3. Data Security: We protect your data through encryption and secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access. We utilize standard industry safe practices and maintain up to date, secure software for such protection.

4. Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are a client or employee of said client or as necessary to address the services we have been hired to perform.

5. Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from any SMS list we may maintain. After unsubscribing, we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours. Outer Reefs Consulting does not maintain subscription lists as a regular practice or service.

6. Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is only shared with client approved third party service providers to address specific needs Outer Reefs Consulting has been hired to provide by you or your employer. 

7. Intended Parties: Any Data information contained in Outer Reefs Consulting communiques including but not limited to email, SMS or website submittance is being transmitted to and is intended for the use of only the individual(s) to whom it is addressed. If the reader of the data is not the intended recipient, said reader is hereby advised that any dissemination, distribution or copying of this message is strictly prohibited. If the reader has received this data in error, please immediately delete it and notify Outer Reefs Consulting using our contact info below..

2. Contacts can expect to receive general customer service and two-factor (2FA) messages.

3. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number provided. Upon sending “STOP”, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to todd@outerreefs.com.

5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
